# PRIVACY AT CMX.

This notice describes the information used by California Motocross School’s booking website.

## What we collect and why

When you book, we collect the purchaser’s name, email and phone number; the requested date; rider ages and equipment sizes; and payment and booking references. We use this information to process your booking, prepare suitable equipment, contact you about the session and maintain booking records. An adult purchaser should supply information for child participants.

## Payments and messages

Stripe processes payments. CMX does not store card numbers or security codes. Booking information needed to deliver confirmation and update emails is processed by our email delivery provider. Payment providers may process additional information under their own privacy notices.

## Access and security

Booking records are restricted to authorized staff and the holder of your private booking link. Please keep that link private. The website uses essential browser storage to retrieve your booking and a session cookie for staff sign-in. Operational security logs may include request information used to prevent abuse.

## Your information

Contact CMX to ask about, correct or request deletion of your booking information. Some records may need to be retained to resolve payment issues or meet applicable obligations.
