# BOOKING POLICIES.

## Payment and session

Day in the Dirt is $495 USD per rider, paid in full when booking. One booking may include one to eight riders. The minimum rider age is five. The session lasts three hours in total, including fitting, preparation and instruction. Sessions may be shared depending on the day.

## Booking notice

Book at least 24 hours before the standard 9:00 AM session start, using California time. Sessions are offered seven days per week. You select a requested date; CMX confirms the operational details.

## Refunds and weather

Bookings are non-refundable. If weather makes riding impossible or unsafe, the session is rescheduled.

## Riding location

CMX uses Fox Raceway in Pala, Glen Helen Raceway and different private riding locations depending on the date, time and session. CMX confirms the exact meeting point. There is no single permanent riding venue; the Murrieta business address is not the session meeting point. A particular track is not guaranteed unless CMX has confirmed it for your booking.
